Inhalt: | This course provides a broad overview of entrepreneurship topics including corporate entrepreneurship, founding, and start-ups. It provides insights into entrepreneurial decisions, problem-identification and creativity, business models, and the recognition of opportunities and risks. Participants in the course will learn how to think and act entrepreneurially in order to successfully implement ideas, enhance innovation processes, and start a venture. In addition, they learn about sources of financing and valuation methods. |
